Pete's Sports Store Policies
We understand that sometimes items need to be returned. Pete's Sports will gladly exchange any new product for another . All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the issuance of authorization. ALL RETURNS FOR CREDIT ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE . We do not accept returns on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. Customer pays shipping cost back to Pete's Sports, in addition to shipping cost back to home/office. ALL REQUESTS FOR RETURN MUST BE APPROVED FIRST (click for return form). Return authorization number must be placed on the outside of the returned item along with your order number for the item to be credited and received. All items without the aforementioned information will not be accepted.
Actual UPS shipping rates will be added to all purchases.
Applicable Provincial and Federal taxes will be added to all purchases The staff at Pete's Sports will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible. |
